RaeS Careers Fair

In few hours I'll be heading to London for the Carrer Fair (my 5th). It has been 2 and half months since I've graduated yet I felt like I've been unemployed for like 6 months. Unemployed isn't cool at all.

Takeaway

Today I've been lazy and feeling a lil bit rich. Bwahaha. So, I've decided to order takeaway (get used to it after 3 years in the UK).

Me: Hello

CT: Hello, Choices Takeway how can I help you?

Me: I've would like to order two chickens and chips please. Make it two.

CT: Sorry, our minimum order for delivery is 6 quid.

Me: Ok, i'll add onion rings then.

CT: OK, it will take about 30 min.

CT: Hiya, choices takeaway sir.

Me: Yes, how much is it?

CT: 7pound (while he was slipping the receipt into his pocket)

Me: Can I see the receipt please?

CT: OWh, it's 6 pound.

Me: Ok then.

Kurang ajar, nak tipu aku, tak kan lah onion rings semahal dua pound. Siap nak sorok receipt lagi. Dasar penyangak punya "Tanah Besar". Hampeh. Sep 1 pound aku. Hehe~

MarloweDK : World Class Bass Guru

Who the hell is he?? Thomas Risell aka MarloweDK best known for his internet bass tutorials/lessons videos in Youtube . Personally since I've started playing bass (10 months ago) he was my only teacher. Although we never met or talked before, his videos really helped me improved my technique (i guess, LOL).

MarloweDK really teaches you how to play bass with style either with fingers or pick. From slapping to tapping you name it. Well, he deserves to be called "World Class Bass Guru".

Mr. Big : Next Time Around

Best reunion ever. A great song for their comeback. Have been a fan of them since 1999. That time their guitarist was Richie Kotzen. Well, either Richie or Paul, they're both great. Gonna say that they're great individually as well as in a band(billy was wit david lee roth before Mr. Big and Paul was with Racer X). Usually when great musicians work together in a band, it doesn't sounds right. but it's an exception for Mr. Big. They've made it big time before, and their comeback was worth waiting for. Wonder how Eric Martin maintain his voice. Well, hoping to hear more new materials from them. Hopefully they can put their ultra-ego aside. KUDOS
